The two-year Diploma in Business Management (DBM) provides knowledge, skills, and competencies to individuals who aspire to become front-line managers of business enterprises in all types of industries.
The program prepares students for an entry-level management position. The foundation courses in the first year provide an understanding of the basic skills and techniques required for effective management in today's business environment. In the second year, students will take specialized courses in accounting, marketing or human resource management along with focused job-search techniques. The program emphasizes real-world business applications of key management concepts.

19 years of age or older; high school graduate.
